Anaar
While the ambience at this cozy little restaurant is great, there really is a long way to go before they can call themselves a well-run establishment. The walls look inviting and warm, covered with carpets designed by the owner (all for sale), but in the winter take your own heater.

The restaurant has a nice outdoor seating arrangement and the food is pretty good especially the Indian cuisine and they have the best chocolate mousse cake Kabul has to offer.    [15 Jul 2004 16:46:10]

Anaaar-The Best
