Source de la Geronstere Grilling
We stayed in the hotel for a long weekend in February 2004. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is very pleasant with less than 10 tables and a big open fire. The chef grilled steaks on the open fire in the dining room and he is very skilled at it. All food presentation was very good and the foods sampled excellent. The red housewine from the Herault is top notch.
