Never again!!!!!!
My family used to frequent Boston Pizza at least 5x a month, but our 1st experience at the new location was our last one and a VERY dissapointing one indeed! There were at least 6 tables open just that I could see alone ( wasn't very busy), and it still took them 25 minutes to seat us. While the 4 girls behind the counter chatted it up , it took everything for me not to say something or leave, but my kids enjoy BP's so regretfully we stayed. Like I said it wasn't very busy, but the customers that were there were a great portion of families. So I asked the waitress if she wouldn't mind putting one of the TV's to a kids channel which would of made most children happy. Then one of the MANAGERS told us they only suscribe to sports channels. Are you kidding me!!!! PLEASE! I have been in here at lunch and there has been cartoons on, so are you just on a power trip with your management title or do you take me for a fool! Then the meal came, (35 minutes later) and I found a string of paper in my Ceaser Salad and my daughters bugs n cheese were ICE cold. I was so dissapointed with BP's, we decided if we want to eat at BP's, there's one on the NW side of Calgary that is a 15 minute drive and well worth it. I have talked to MANY people that have been to the new BP's and haven't heard ONE good thing, which is very sad. BP's used to be the place to go for family dining, and from what I have heard not very many families will be going there anymore. Too bad!!    [15 Aug 2006 14:22:13]
