Get Burned in Airdrie at Pizza Hut

We sat in an empty restaurant (2 other tables were occupied) for 45 minutes. The waitress finally comes out of the back after the two tables who were seated after us got their pizza ... "I just now put your order through because I forgot. Do you want to order some bread sticks while you wait?"
Hell no! I said to cancel my order. To top it off, she charged me 4.28$ for the drinks my family had. Maybe if she spent more time watching what was happening out on the floor (customers who came in 10 minutes after us getting pizza first) and less time flirting with the boys in the back making the pizza (we could clearly see this) then I would consider coming back. ButI never will! Lots of other pizza places in Airdrie to go to, that's for sure. Typical for this restaurant though. 3 times in last year have we had crappy service in-store and through delivery. I agree with Jax Sman.
Terrible service for sub-par product.
Go to McDonalds next door or better yet the pizza restaurant down the block called Chicago 2-4-1.

it's not that bad
Although I cannot argue that that was a bad experience I have to disagree that it is not always like that. I have been to the Airdrie Pizza Hut myself and everytime I went there there was a server ready to greet me and when there was a problem with the food they told me straight away and offered to discount it along with other options. This never happened many times. The majority of times I had visited there the food was great, the service was great and I like the little restaraunt although a little cramped makes you feel quaint.
