Disappointment
Food was "ok". There are traditional and non-traditional dishes offered, good selection. Portions are a little on the small side.

Service was unacceptable. The frowns on the server's faces brought the ambiance down. Servers need to pay more attention to detail (eg. customer's orders, refilling drinks/tea, clearing the table). Servers need to be more aware of the condition of the food that they are serving (eg. not serving cold tempura).

Ambiance was nice - traditional setting.
