Terrible Service Again
I would just like to express my extream dissappointment in my most recent visit. I have had noting but bad service the last couple of times I've gone here but at least the food was good and enough to keep me coming back, reguardless of the frustration. Well today's lunch experience proved to be even more frustrating than usual. I ordered chicken wings and cactus cut potatoes, and waited 48 minutes to receive cold food.
I'm to the point where I don't think I'll ever go back into this establishment again. This location could do so incredibly well...but instead poor management resulting is terrible staff has resulted in more complaints than return customers.
I've recently had the opportunity to experience the Hinton location, and was blown away at how terriffic the service food and atmosphere were there. I'm dissappointed to even say I live in Edson because the comments from out of towners are so embarassing.
Please take any necessary steps to dig this place out of the whole it finds itself in.

I have never been more dissappointed...
I had recently been to Edson Alberta for the Kinsmen Slow-Pitch tournament. I had been there before and knew that service anywhere wouldn't be too great because there was so many people around. However, when I waited over an hour for fries and gravy I began to get irate. I watched as tables of eight came in and out and still no fries. I decided to talk to the manager (Teigan) who gave me nothing but grief and made me feel like I was a piece of you know what. I could not believe that he was speaking to me with such disrespect and told him that I would be telling someone about this. I left before I got my fries because I really didn't want to be in there anymore. The other people I was with as well as myself have said we will never enter a Boston Pizza again. I haven't even begun to tell you about the service and quite frankly do not want to relive it.    [10 Aug 2006 12:37:46]

Try Delivery.
EVERY TIME I order in they mess up the whole order, either bring double (and charge double)or only bring half the food and still want the cash. I stopped ording for about 3 months and then decided to try again as there food is great and again wrong order. I got so upset and spoke with the Manager and all he could do was send me more food and give me gift certificates to that location only (like I will fall for that one-I have watched the movie 'Waiting' you know) The only good thing is that I recieved ALOT of food to feed an army but it has taken 2 hours to get the food. The frustrating part was the reciept has the right order on it but the food was ALL WRONG! The staff was nice to me and did apoligize but how many times can one place mess up an order to the same address.    [12 Sep 2006 17:42:03]
