New Orleans restaurant with Cajun and Creole cooking - Food Vancouver.com, Geoff Peters, 15 March 2005; The atmosphere of Ouisi Bistro is jazz-themed, candle-lit and trendy-urban, very similar to Capones in Yaletown - they were even playing some of St. Germain's jazz creations in the background. Service was good and you'll love their home made cornbread. - suggest change

A Vancouver Gem!
The Jambalaya was large with lots of flavour and I was able to bring up the spice with the two super-hot sauces that are provided on all the tables. A definite must!    [21 Oct 2006 23:09:07]
