The timbits are almost as big as the donuts now. My Boston creamless was tiny, didn't know there was a dough shortage. [06 Aug 2004 19:57:54]

Every time I return from Canada before the jet lag has passed I find myself craving Tim Horton coffee and donuts. Large de-caf double double and a Boston cream donut please, I find myself saying.
I wish I could find the equivelent here in the U.K. but Starbucks is the nearest which says a lot for the standard of coffee and donuts in the U.K. today. [06 Aug 2004 19:59:12]

I am an employee of Tim Hortons. I started in February, precisely when they were adopting their new "Always Fresh" baking system. I could not figure out how they were producing all these donuts with no fryer in sight, so I inquired with a manager, who told me about the new system, and not to tell anyone. Fryers in stores were ripped out and replaced with giant walk-in freezers and a special frozen-donut-reheating oven.
The donuts and other baked goods are partially baked in a plant in southern Ontario, frozen solid and shipped to stores accross the country to be reheated, decorated and served in-store. Doesn't sound very fresh to me. I get dozens of complaints about the donuts every day. The main complaint is that the baked products are smaller. If you want a better donut, and a better cup of coffee, try Robin's Donuts. Tim Hortons may pay my bills, but deserves no respect when it comes to the donut industry. [06 Aug 2004 20:01:05]

I only have one complaint about Tim Hortons. I came to the conclusion, head office must have put out a memo to the employees to replace "Thank you" with "There you go." I have a business and I could not tell my customers "There you go" to show my appreciation for their business. Please, can somebody so something? [06 Aug 2004 20:03:29]

I'm Canadian and of course, grew up a huge Tim Horton's fan. But sad to say I'm boycotting the chain now, ever since I tried the donuts at Coffee Time. Their donuts are nearly twice the size of Tim's and definitely more delicious!
Wake up Tim - stop taking advantage of your Canadian fame and compromising product value. Oh, and their coffee isn't all that great either. Heard they use the cheapest brand out there to make it (Eight O'Clock" coffee). Nice. [06 Aug 2004 20:06:55]

Why is it that every time Roll Up the Rim comes by the donuts seem to shrink? Well, they do at my store.
As for the frozen product, why! We will have to change our signs from "Always Fresh" to "Always Frozen." Whats up with the strawberry promo? I live in Moncton, NB and people are coming to my drive thru, peeved: "What no more strawberry?" I get yelled at, not the company! Smarten up Tim Hortons! Ya want customers, well, keep things new and exciting, get rid of crap that don't sell, like oat cakes. That's just rude. [18 Jul 2003 01:28:58]

SUGGESTION FOR CUPS I get an x-large Tim's coffee on my way to work every shift. My suggestion is maybe you can make the cups a little thicker around the centre where they are handled. My hand is burning by the time I get into work, and I don't want to waste another coffee cup to get it double cupped. service I have been to many Tim Hortons in Michigan around Metro Air Port most are good average 3 out of five however one on Michigan Ave. I think it was Dearborn, durning the week at lunch time is the pits on service. They didn't know if there muffins were fresh nor did they know if they had any comment cards or where they were. I said that the holder was empty then she said they were completely out without asking anyone. [17 Nov 2006 23:39:27]

I purchased a decaf cafe mocha at the Tims in downtown Fergus on Dec. 6,06. I usually take the lid off to lick the whip cream (best part) and wasn't I suprised to find a little blue cap in my cup. I went in to the store today, and was offered $10 in gift certificates. The supervisor said the cap was from someone squeezing the whip cream bag too hard. I am going to wait it out till the manager gets back and see what she offers. [14 Dec 2006 10:36:45]
