A Touch of Sophistication in Cottage Country.
We've been going to Water's Edge in Bobcaygeon, Ontario for many years and it just keeps getting better. The food is fresh, creative and beautiful to look at. They are equal to almost any of the fine restaurants in Toronto's Yorkville area but unlike the others, they give you ample portions. The staff are long-term and take the time to get to know their customers. The first thing we do each year after opening and cleaning the cottage is make reservations at The Water's Edge.

An added bonus is the boat docking that's adjacent to the restaurant.    [16 Jun 2006 10:36:14]
