Problem With Server
On June 21st at 8:00 PM, my friend, Mel Paul and I, Lou Martinez, went to Norn's Restaurant at 470 La Cienega for breakfast. We placed out order with Remberto at 8:10 AM. At the time there were ONLY two booths occupied. Then the place started to fill up. (We were in the back section).

Remberto then took the orders of the other tables. At 8:25, we still had not received our orders. He then served others who had placed their orders at least 10 minutes AFTER us. We questioned him and he told us that they had ordered first, which was not true. Granted, people make mistakes and he might have been confused but I firmly believe he intentionally lied to us. I then cancelled MY order buy my friend Mel did not.

Mel and I have been going to Norm's EVERY SATURDAY FOR OVER FIVE YEARS. We are regular customers.

We think we were not given the proper attention we should have received as regular customers.    [21 Jun 2003 13:09:50]

Great even after all these years!
My family has been dining at Norm's ever since my Mother was a child. After all of these years the food is still great. Of course you must have the famous fish and chips. I highly recommend.    [14 Apr 2004 19:17:59]
