Description

A traditional Chinese restaurant which is known around Hong Kong with many famous dishes. One of the owners is a food connoisseur/critic, appearing in local food and entertainment shows and hosting food cuisine holidays overseas. The restaurant specialises in traditional dim sum, Cantonese cuisine and Wai Chun cuisine. Although it is located in Yuen Long (almost in the country side), it is still impossible to get a table without weeks advance reservation unless you are ready to wait for at least one hour during peak dinner period. They newly established a sister restaurant at Kowloon Bay.
