Cook Door's Pros and Cons
The food is incredible, with their oriental blend, as for the service/accuracy, here is the poor part, i feel that the people working there are not caring about anything. one must Say many times what he/she want, and I never felt professionalism in their work, as their competitors on the fast food market, as McDonalds and other restaurants you get pleased from service there. Cook Door should really be aiming to employ/train their representatives better. As for delivery, this is DEAD. When one makes an order, maybe he will get it in 50~60 minutes, not less. Me myself, I never got it before 60 minutes. And the foods quality is Awful when it's delivered after this period, as the fries get "Wet" and the sandwich begun to look quite ugly. The only thing i do when i need cook door is simply go to the restaurant and get my food myself because their delivery system is not trusted at all.    [06 Apr 2004 13:19:52]

The quality of food is awful. I once found a fly in the sandwich! Not joking! The sandwiches are big, but ever since I found that fly I stopped eating there.    [31 Oct 2004 17:50:57]

I really love it but the fact that the delivery system is very bad is a true fact and it really takes a lot of time till it reaches you, also the biggest disadvantage in this restaurant is the costs, for example the Double cheeseburger sandwich's cost at the beginning was LE 6 or 6,50, it's now for LE 10 pounds :( and take this for all the menu, that's really a very bad thing.. but at all they really serve a very good food I admit...
