I usually go to this outstanding restaurant once a month, although its a big place but yet causal. All staff are so friendly, the view is adorable, the food is so delicious    [31 Dec 2006 03:50:30]

Dear Gentlemen



I decided with my partners in work (14 persons ) to enjoy one of the Ramadan nights ( Monday 1/10/2007) in Trianon Coffee/restaurants in AL AZHAR – Park in the Middle of Cairo - Egypt , but we found the most badly way of customer service that we ‘d ever met here some comments :

1- Nobody concern to our orders.

2- A very long delay period to serve us.

3- There was a soccer match in the TV and many of the stuff (juniors)plus the stuff supervisor(senior) sat down watching the TV without serving the guests.

4- The most badly thing that we had , we order a Banana split dish but we found another order( just ice cream in a dish) and when I asked where is our order the waiter replies with a careless this is the Banana split .

I hope you investigate and tracing these people who make the reputation of Trianon goes down with no customer satisfaction.
