The restaurant offers a typical local cooking of the southern part of Lombardy and particulary of the province of Cremona. The cuisine is typical of the countryside. The restaurant is located in the suburbs Bolzone of the town of Ripalta Cremasca (CR).

While it was born as a poor local (whence the name Trattoria) it became famous and more expensive in time.
