My favourite My favourite in all of Tokyo. Thanks for the authenticity, passion, artisanship; and most importantly; the pleasure! [28 Feb 2002 23:13:26]

Sommelier's Favorite I am a sommelier for a number of restaurants, in New York and Paris in the past; and now in Tokyo. I also appear in the press and will do a TV show on wine in the future.
AOC IS the best, most authentically prepared bistro food in Tokyo, and possibly, anywhere outside of Paris. Most importantly, the food and wine are delivered with heart and passion. GO! [28 Mar 2002 07:41:11]

Thank you for the lovely meal, Chef Patrice! I'm very happy about the wonderful dinner we had last night. The restaurant has been re-opened and looks all new, with the addition of a new chef. Chef Patrice Pichon comes from Normandy, and is only 23 years old! He was very friendly and explained the origin of his dishes. The quality of the food was very good, and the night magical; we will definitely be back. I wish chef Pichon success with his restaurant. [03 Mar 2006 02:55:05]
