An "eetcafe," which means that it is informal and less expensive than the higher end Dutch restaurants. Nevertheless, the food was innovative, fresh, wonderfully flavored, and beautiful. Nouvelle French. Three course dinners were around 20 euros. Space for about 30 diners with a small bar at one end of the room. Very friendly service, prompt and attentive. This turned out to be the culinary highpoint of our trip to the Netherlands and we wanted to be sure that people were aware of it, since restaurants are generally not that notable in Holland.    []
