Where there's smoke...
I started with the soup of the day, nice tomato soup. As main dish I took the 'boerenpannenkoek' and could even order it with cheese instead of ham. It was a very delicious and well-filled pancake.
The joy of it could have been greater though, if people would not be allowed to smoke in this restaurant. There's nothing more distasteful and annoying than smelling cigarette smoke when trying to enjoy a good meal. It seriously makes me wonder whether I should go back to this restaurant as long as they have this smoking policy.    [23 Apr 2004 12:10:13]
