Scottish!!!!
To call this restaurant´s kitchen British will not please Wullie, the owner of this restaurant, since he is a full blooded scotsman. The kitchen is very scottish too, as is the ambiance. Anyway, this is one of our favourite restaurants in the area. The food is excellent and the service is always great. Besides good food they have another specialty, namely an enormous collection of single malts. Wullie and Gerie MacMorland's Hielander Restaurant is simply fantastic. The food is on a par with any fine French restaurant. The ambiance is with a distinct Scottish flavor and yet intimate. Just ask Wullie to recommend a good wine or a sample of Scotch Whisky. You will never go away disappointed.
