Otherwise enjoyable food ruined by a noisy atmosphere
Being spanish myself I found out most of the typical dishes quite tasteful, except for those which rely in good ingredients rather than expert preparation. The wine menu is representative but the prices are slightly high.

While the food was overall quite enjoyable the place was way too small and noisy. Tables are extremely large and it's hard to have any conversation at all with you neighbour, which combined with long waiting times made the atmosphere somewhat unpleasant. While some people may think that a spanish restaurant has to be loud and noisy, these topics are taken to an extreme at the Pata Negra.    [15 Sep 2000 10:52:33]
