Very good Visited this restaurant Nov. 6 2004. Had snails as a starter. Very good. Maincourse Kolhorn eal. Excellent. Dessert was vanilla-ice, advocaat en "boerenjongens" i.e. raisins in some sort of Dutch gin. The restaurant is like an old Dutch sitting-room, very cosy. Kolhorn has something extra to offer, when you're there, take time for a walk in this lovely quiet town. [07 Nov 2004 04:25:57]

Excellent Restaurant! Hello my name is Mrs. Charles Rosano-Tober from Albany, New York. A while ago I was with my husband, my brother Ronnie Tober and his partner Jan in "De Roode Leeuw". My congratulations to Mr. Arie Kooij and his people for making our evening so enjoyable! The food was "Geweldig" the service was perfect. A great place to visit! Thank you. [03 Sep 2005 08:35:21]

What fun we had! What a great place this is. I am from Sevilla, Spain. My name is Jose Maria Basterchea. A Dutch friend of mine took me to this restaurant. What a fun place and great food. I don't like "paling" [eel], it looks like snake. But the rest of the food I loved.
I want to thank my friends for taking me to see and be at this wonderful place. [21 Aug 2006 13:09:06]
