Cozy Family Restaurant in Leidschendam

Lei Sing is a homely restaurant in a quiet part of Leidschendam. It is a family restaurant in more than one sense as it is run by a husband and wife - he cooking, she welcoming the guests. The children too help out on the take-out counter, and when the place gets busy in the week-ends.

The menu is perhaps a bit limited, but what's available is pretty good - to my taste better than in some of the more reputable Chinese places that I know. The dishes are nicely done up and quantities are more than adequate. Prices are favourable compared to other restaurants in the vicinity.    [30 May 2005 02:41:34]
