Two of us were having a crave for pancakes, and one of us wanted something more substantial. So we called ahead to see whether this House of Pancakes had other meals on the menu. No problem there, the menu had a full page with main courses, slightly off the ordinary.

They don't have a lot of tables inside, so on a day like this, where the outside terrace is not an option, making reservations is a must. The hostess took our order for drinks and the main course, and I wondered whether it would hurt her to smile. The chef brought us our desserts, and he made us feel much more welcome.

The food was wonderful. The pancakes were welldone with a very rich topping. Between the three of us, there was also plenty of salad, fries and kupruk on the table. Comes recommended, especially on a sunny day.    [01 May 2003 22:23:43]

Had a great meal in this cosy little farm. Very cosy and quite affordable.

If you don't like pancakes then, you can also get a great sateh or - even better - spare ribs.

All in all a nice place to hold a party.

Hou je niet van pannenkoeken dan kan je hier ook terecht voor een heerlijke sate of beter nog spare ribs.
