Good Food and Good Customer Service
I went with my family last weekend, and hesitated to have my lunch at Genki Sushi because I didn't enjoy my lunch at Genki Sushi in Bukit Panjang Plaza a few months ago.

I decided to give it a try since I like tempura udon very much. To my surprise, the staff were friendly and attentive even it was crowded at the restaurant. The udon soup tasted delicious.

I was glad that I was there for my lunch and I can't wait to visit the restaurant again. Thanks to the staff and keep up the good work.    [04 Jul 2003 22:17:19]

Special food
The food Genki Sushi is serving is different from other japanese restaurants. It's more prepared for the locals. The garlic soba and soft shell crab handroll is a must for me!!    [14 Jan 2004 02:20:40]

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Prior to Saturday tonight, this was a favorite restaurant. I used the delivery service for the first time.

First, the lady who took my order took it incorrectly so the wrong items were delivered, and I was overcharged by $5.00. I immediately called to let them know the error and was told they would bring out the missing item as soon as the driver returned and credit me the difference.

An hour and a half later, I called to see when to expect the driver and the manager David laid into me. He said that the order wasn’t wrong, that he was never wrong, and he wouldn’t refund anything, and that I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. And hung up on me!

I’ve never been treated so horribly by a restaurant! I'm encouraging everyone to take there business elsewhere and to pass this on. This kind of attitude is unacceptable!    [01 Aug 2005 09:45:44]
