Firstly, the staff working in this outlet lacked friendliness and helpfulness. They gave me the impression that they were reluctant to go about their duties. However, there is the exception of one particular member of the staff who was jovial and helpful.

Secondly, the carpets are obviously not properly vacuumed and bits of "stuff" can be seen lying around. The walls are an even more ghastly sight. These walls turn a customer off and no matter how delicious the food is, it will taste plain and of average standard to the customer.

Thirdly, the portions served here are inconsistent compared to the other outlets. I ordered fish and chips and instead of getting the usual two pieces, I only got one piece.

I hope actions will be taken to improve both the standards of the attitude of the staff and the hygiene of the restaurant and also the quality and consistency of the dishes.    [27 Jun 2003 12:55:03]

Wonderful Food, Bad People
