Creative kitchen by the root Valencian. This restoring harborer is seat of a creative kitchen inspired in the roots of the Valencian gastronomy. These touches of modernity and tradition in specialities like the rice with strokesman, |suquet| of |peix| and the dentex with emulsion of balsamic vinegar. The space of the branch office is divided in five salons, two of them favorites. The atmosphere is cozy.
