Sushi on display
The chef is an artist. He makes display-sushi on demand. The rice is more than fair but my main reason for going there is the way he serves the Sushi. It's a sight for sore eyes.    [23 Feb 2000 05:20:56]

Tasty but rude
The food is incredible, but the service lacks in civility. The cuisine itself was outstanding and as far as finding Japanese food in Sweden one cannot go wrong at the Sushi bar Nikko. Unfortunately the service does not reflect the quality of the food. The servants were not very helpful or agreeable to adjust the dishes at all. It was as if they had no interest in me as a customer whatsoever. This behavior made the dining experience less than what it could have been.
