Just don't go there! - You won't get what you booked.
1. I booked a double bedroom with toilet/shower. When I arrived, there was only a single bed room available with shower/toilet on the floor.

2. We booked a table in the restaurant for 11 persons. As we arrived, we found out we had to split up in 2 groups for dinner as there were 2 diffent tables, the waitress was extremely unfriendly;
when we asked why they did not tell us in advance (when we booked) that we had to split up, the only answer was basically: "it's your own fault, your booking was too late (half a day in advance), and you can leave if you want."
We then did leave and went to the Schmitta restaurant in Fiesch (just across the bridge) where we were served in a VERY pleasant and friendly way.    [05 Jan 2004 05:29:08]
