Good Food - Horrible Service
This establishment has good food but is absolutely abysmal in the service area. I had a 50-person birthday party for my 75 year-old mother-in-law, and Loca Luna could only provide ONE PERSON to handle the service for the event! My 10 year-old nieces were serving water and tea, and I was picking up salad plates and serving the meal! The manager on duty was absolutely pathetic - I would have fired him on the spot. While all of this was gong on, he and some of the other employees were sitting at the bar eating lunch! I had to go back into the kitchen and ride herd on the kitchen crew to serve up the plates so that we could serve the people!

Great Experience
This is a great place with a fabulous atmosphere. My service has always been great. The staff is fun and so helpful. The seafood specials are fresh with flavorful sauces. Great brick oven pizzas, filets, crab cakes homemade soups and fresh thai salad. Creme Brulle's are killer. Inexpensive great wines and Cosmos out the wazoo.    [12 Jan 2005 15:34:15]

Great Place for a Party
Little Rock. When I decided to throw a surprise birthday party for one of my dear friends Loca Luna was the first place that came to my mind. They have a wonderful private party room with lots of different menu options to choose from. Their special events planner was wonderful to work with and even agreed to meet with me on her day off in order to plan my party. We chose to have appetizers and cocktails, and the food was fabulous. There was a beautiful spread of food set up in a buffet format complete with coordinating fabrics and floral arrangements. They set up a bar for us and the service was wonderful. The bartender even made several special trips into the restaurant in order to mix up some virgin cocktails for the little ones in our group.
