Horrible Service - RUDE
Completely RUDE service all the way from waitresses (2 rude ones) to bartender to the owner. The waitress called us names just because we asked her "AFTER" the meal was served for separate tickets. Had we thought about it before hand I would have asked then. The owner basically told me that he was in the kitchen when it happened so he can't go by my words. I was overcharged on my debit and he was unwilling to make anything right. Therefore I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and am disputing the charges with my bank. WOW! New Ownership
There is a new owner that has taken over the Steak House. They have brought in a new cook and waitresses. I ate there on Friday and it was great. The drinks were great and so were the prices. Also if you are lucky Mike Knodl might be there to cook the best steak ever.
