On March 5,2003 I walked in and ordered fish and chips, six dollar burger,and a salad with ranch dressing. I never received fries with my fish, salad dressing for my salad, and I was never asked if I wanted tartar sauce. When I got home and realized that my order was incomplete I called and spoke to the manager. She appologized and offer to correct the error,but I was ill and in no condition to go out again. She then offered to write my name in a book they have for the next time I were to visit I would be given an order of fries and a dessert. I did return and I ordered a famous star and they were more than happy to give me the fries and dessert. I thought great. But once I got home and started to eat the fries, I couldn't believe the amount of salt they had put on the fries. I tried to wipe off the salt with my fingers and then with a napkin, but nothing helped. So once again I didn't get to eat fries. This has been frustrating. Fast food shouldn't be this disappointing or difficult.    [06 Mar 2003 23:52:16]
