Best Mexican Food I've Ever Had
I have tried many Mexican restaurants and they all taste the same. That wasn't the case at Mi Tierra. Every item we tried was unique and exquisite. We can't get enough of Mi Tierra's food and great margaritas. Keep up the good work!! You have customers for life.

Food Great/Service Horrible
The food took forever to get to us. When it finally did, it was obvious that my wife's food had been sitting for a while. The guys cleaning the other tables did more for us than our waiter. He was too busy playing with the band. I started coughing because something was stuck in my throat. It would have been nice to have water, but that was out of the question for our waiter.

I will not say not to go, we may have just had a bad experience. I will not drive up from Tucson again for bad service.

Excellent food AND service
We regularly eat here (live nearby) and have never had a bad experience regarding service or anything else. Ask for "Amber" next time you visit it - which I hope you do. She's tops, efficient and very attentive. As are the rest, come to think of it.

There are better Mexican places to go

Give Mi Tierra a try and see if you love it!
I LOVE this place! I always feel like going. Service is alright, sometimes better than other times. My family loves the atmosphere, it feels very cozy even though the restaurant has many seats. Even quesadillas taste better there somehow. I'm honestly surprised by what other people said, we think it's a great place to go for lunch. It's not the fanciest place but its definitely one of our favorite places to go, especially out of the restaurants that are nearby.    [24 May 2007 00:13:25]
