BLACK BART'S RUINED MY GUESTS EVENING
IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET ATTENTION. OUR APPETIZERS ARRIVED AFTER A LONG WAIT-AND HAD TO BE RETURNED-NOT YET COOKED! IT WAS INCREDIBLE. AFTER FINALLY GETTING WAITRESS ATTENTION RECEIVED A POOR ATTITUDE, AND WORSE BY THE MANAGER. HE WAS OUTRIGHT ABUSIVE AND RUDE.    [22 Oct 2001 09:27:28]

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO GOING. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. THE MANAGER WAS ACTUALLY LOOKING TO MAKE A SCENE WITH HIS POOR ATTITUDE. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH OTHER PEOPLE.    [16 Nov 2001 10:57:46]

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
All the waiters and waitresses working here are NAU music students. This is a great place to come for something different, or special occasion. All the food is cooked over oak coals. Very busy place, a lot going on. Very interesting, fun and one of a kind.
Everything on the menu is wonderful. I have eaten here many many times.

VERY POOR
ATMOSHERE IS TOO CROWDED AND VERY NOISY.
NOT WHERE I WANTED TO BE AFTER BEING IN A CAMPER!
HARD WOOD CHAIRS. THE FOOD NOT WAITING FOR, AND A "COLD" FEELING FROM THE STAFF.
