RIBS
HAVE TRIED RIBS 3 TIMES, 2 WERE "OK" AND THE LAST ONE HAD BURNED BBQ SAUCE ON IT AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THE COOK SIMPLY REAPPLIED MORE BBQ SAUCE IN AN ATTEMPT TO COVER IT UP. MY WIFE HAD BEEF BRISKET THAT WAS ALSO DRIED OUT.
I RECOMMEND GOING ACROSS THE STREET TO
ON THE BORDER IF YOU WANT GOOD PORK RIBS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD BATCH THERE.    [10 Jul 2002 14:44:30]
