Great food, great service!!!
We were on our vacation from Virginia to California, and we decided to make a stop in this small town of Holbrook, Az. We heard of the restaurant from some friends that lived next door to us, and thought it would be great to find out why they are always telling us we should go. We have never eaten such good Mexican food ever!

The food was spicy, but had great flavor! While we were there we were able to meet the owner Phyllis Romo and her parents (previous owners) E.M. & Mary Lou Romo. This is by far the best Mexican food on the west coast, I will surely make it a scheduled stop every year when we go on vacation!!    [29 Oct 2004 13:20:52]

Southwestern Food at its Finest!!!
Was recommended to me by a motel clerk during a drive from California to Ohio. Best restaurant in the 14 states that I passed through.

Incredible chips and salsa. Was inclined towards a conventional plate of enchiladas. But, the chimichangas were recommended to me by the waitress--baked rather than deep fried. She also recommended the sopapillas. (Navajo in origin?)

Modest surroundings: formica tables and linoleum floors. But, the food, service and ambience were hard to beat.    [31 Dec 2006 13:52:08]
