Good food
Salads are always fresh, and there is a variety of other food, such as delicious chicken wings, pasta, all kinds of soups and a variety of desserts, all buffet style that are also very good.    [15 Jun 2003 15:03:31]

The hot bar has been gone for 2 months now; Is it coming back? That is a long time to fix something. The chili and most of the vegetable soups are very bitter and nasty because of too much tomato. The vegetable soup is watery and bitter. The chicken noodle soup was watery and didn't have much flavor. The salad was good. Bright sunlight reflects off outside cars into your eyes. I went today to see if the hot bar was working and it wasn't. Very few people were there at noon so I assume many people agree with my analysis. I see they are now closed on Sat. More closings to follow. This could have been a good restaurant if a good chef were selected.    [24 Sep 2003 18:48:15]

New Owners ! Home Made Flavor !
The Arizona Big Salad is under new ownership and the hot food bar is back! They feature 6 different soups daily great fresh salads and tons of bakery goodies also new Taco Bar, Baked Potatoe Bar and the Pizza's fresh with a different topping each day. I loved the place when it opened and saw it go through some struggles and staff changes but the family who originated the idea bought it back and re-vamped the place. It's sparkling and a terrific place to eat. The owners Son is studying to become a chef and the new chili and soups are a delite! The bar features a ton of Heart Smart menu items! Many use olive oil and no oil! The bar also features deserts Soft serve ice cream,Strawberry Shortcake, cookies, fresh fruits etc. They have a new kids birthday club.    [10 Nov 2003 01:36:08]
