Disappointed! I had heard good things about this place from locals, but I was disappointed. The food is your standard "Americanized" Mexican food where they coat almost everything with cheddard cheese on top. Tried their Mole dish and it tasted like if it was right out of the can. The best Mexican restaurant in town! This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Everything is homemade and delicious. Even minor stuff like the chips are fresh and the salsa is top notch. And the prices are good too. [11 Sep 2006 00:02:14]

Unique Dishes to Be Found The food at Money Pancho's is rich and flavorful. I do not understand the "Americanized" remarks at all. If you order an enchilada, you get one. What elso do you expect? If you try their seafood dishes or their bilbaina which is a different fajita than I have ever had; you are in for a treat. Be sure you love garlic! Their pico de gallo is wonderful and their spiced marinated veggies are awesome! For spice lovers, there is NY steak madrazo topped with shrimp in a sauce with a bite! Wonderful stuff!
