The very best of Mexican food!
I grew up in a Mexican community and later, I have lived in Redlands for 45 years: discovering Kool Kactus by "word of mouth." Yes, a very "smiling mouth". And that is the raison d'etre for Kool Kactus Cafe! The most unforgettable attraction is the chef's use of spinach in all food selections AT YOUR CHOICE! You can enjoy your meal at the location or order for home delivery. I simply enjoy the ride to-and-from the cafe and, then, the delight of eating a full menu, including meat that is a culinary art form. Ole!    [22 Jan 2007 20:12:56]
