The Best Breakfast and Lunch in the 805 Side Street has the best breakfast and lunch around! The service is very fast, unbelievably fast! The waitresses are all very personable! Eggs Benedict is their specialty, with a family recipe for the hollandaise sauce! You will never find a better Benedict! The lunches are also amazing! [30 Aug 2007 00:30:57]

Side Street Has It All! You would never know it's there, since it's not in a typical strip mall or that type of setting, but once you find it, it is one of the best places to eat at. We were invited to go there by some friends, and upon entering their own parking lot, the outside is nice and neat and friendly. Once we were inside, we were about eight in our party, and we were kind of afraid we might be waiting out there, since most mainstay places leave out the big parties for last, but it wasn't like that here. We got a table in a couple of minutes. The waitresses were very helpful and answered any questions we had concerning our choices. Once we did order, the food came pretty fast. The side street special omelet is to die for. I personally had it with hash browns and biscuits and gravy. Oh, and their gravy tasted homemade, which made it all the better. =) I highly recommend this place, since it has now become my and my wife's fav place to visit on Sunday morning. =) [04 Feb 2008 19:00:04]

Best Kept (Not So) Secret A friend told me about this cafe hiding sweetly in the usually unexplored industrial park. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The busboys always remember my beverage and the servers (mostly pretty girls) are extremely friendly. The owner, Shelly, always greets you with a smile and sometimes a hug. The food is great! Not a pleasant experience, to say the least I had heard good things about the Side Street Cafe from my neighbors but was extremely disappointed in a couple of ways. First off, the food was extremely salty. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict my wife ordered were enough to send her blood pressure through the roof. The second thing disappointing thing was that the coffee was bitter. I am not that picky but their coffee was almost undrinkable. And the final straw was that an insect of some kind (roach?) crawled over my wife's foot (she wore sandals) during our meal. We left knowing we'd never return. [27 Apr 2009 17:40:34]
