This chef is to be applauded for his flavors, textures and the awesome overall taste of his food. Dinner was flawless, from the Heirloom Tomato Soup to the Ceasar Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, as well as the entrees. The meals were just the right temperature and the taste was unbelievable. His tomato soup could be used as more than just a soup, it would be fantastic over pasta or even an awesome pizza sauce. Like no other tomato soup you have had.
