Highly Overrated
This place is always packed on Friday and Saturday nights, and they don't take reservations. The food is good and the margaritas are good, but unless you're prepared to slip the owner a fifty, don't expect to be seated in less than an hour (unless of course you want to eat dinner at 5). An Institution in the Vail Valley
A great spot and a great destination restaurant. After a hard day on the ski slopes nothing beats a margarita at the saloon. The ambiance is quirky and relaxed, but very lively. They get very busy on weekends so dine early or late to avoid a wait (no reservations- but call ahead for an update on the wait time). Don't miss this place if you visit the Vail area!
