Now John J. Sullivan
Horrible service. We waited for everything. Drinks took forever to come to us. We had to light our own candle at the table. We had to steal bread dishes from the next table because we were never given any. Filet Mignon and other meats ordered at our table were overcooked, vegetables were cold. Salad was the only thing decent about the night. Biggest waste of food. We would have gotten better food at Ruby Tuesday's and only spent half the money.    [14 Oct 2006 07:33:43]

My husband and I and our two year old son went for dinner this past Saturday night(12/2). Turned out it was the same day Ansonia Charges won the state championship. The bar area was very overcrowded. Even with the unexpected crowd, our service was excellent and friendly. The food was fantastic and the portions were huge. We walked out of there with four containers of left overs. We both ate three more meals out of the leftovers.

The cost was average but considering the size portions we got it was well worth it. Large appetizer, two adult meals, one kids meal with drinks the bill was just under $100. Not bad at all.    [05 Dec 2006 11:46:09]

the whole belly clams are FRESH and small-like they should be
I have not had good fried clams in years and years----theirs were shockingly delicious-to the point of telling the waitress more than 3 times how much I loved them. The atmosphere was nice with fireplaces and candles. and even the bathroom was clean and very nicely decorated-someone has good taste. And I asked the waitress-- out of my 3 choices--- which entree she would recommend?? She said the clams-and she got a whopping tip because of it.    [26 Jan 2007 09:10:48]

Shortly after the opening of this restaurant we had dinner and I was not impressed. BUT - THINGS HAVE MUCH IMPROVED. Food is delicious. Everything I have tried (been there 5 -6 times) is wonderful. Service is very prompt and attentive. I would say to everyone go!!    [26 Jan 2007 13:19:05]
