Dead Red Lover finds Paradise around the Corner
Grew up in Brooklyn (Peter Luger's), worked in NYC (Ben Benson's, Bobby Van's, Post House, Palm Too, Smith & Wollensky's Morton's) traveled...Chicago (Chop House, Gibson's) LA (LA Palm)..Detroit (Kiernan's)...Atlanta (Prime)...Miami (Houston's) and have resided in Fairfield for 20 years. Can't begin to describe my joy after being fed at Joseph's. Steak is as good as it gets anywhere. Service is fine, and the place looks like it should. Highly Reccomended.    [27 Jan 2006 16:10:54]

Joseph's Steakhouse in Bridgeport Ct is a great secret rendezvous destination
I bring clients here regularly. The steak is to die for. The wine list fits the bill, and everyone that I've entertained here has been quite pleased.    [24 May 2007 23:38:50]
