poor service
We went through the drive thu window on July 11th at 7:45 and did not receive all of our order. When we started to go up the street we notice it and decided to go back and get the large fries that were ordered. When my 9 year old son went in to get them the manager Kevin said no problem but the girl Rachel at the window proceded to call my son a liar many times out loud in front of customers. By the time he got to the car he was embarassed and upset. When I got home I called and talked to Kevin and was told he would do something about it. But in the am I called and talked to a manager that has been only there for 2 days he never took my name or number down and said that he would deal with her.    [12 Jul 2006 22:06:21]
