Go for the pizza! Don't let the menu fool you - go to Bertucci's for the pizza. The entrees are generally ok, though nothing you won't find in any other Italian restaurant. The pizza, however, is delightful: thin crust, exceptionally well-seasoned, and no skimping on the toppings. Service is usually very good. Also try the weekday lunch special: order an entree or an individual pizza, and help yourself to all the salad and bread you can eat. [27 Apr 2000 17:47:08]

Go Lobster!! VALUE with a capital V We recently brought our grandaughter for her birthday and all three ended up ordering three different lobster pasta dishes...all were excellent and under $12 each! Wine by the glass also inexpensive. Great place to bring the family and get a good meal without it costing an arm and two legs!! PS. She also received "gratis" an excellent chocolate dessert as a birthday special. Somewhat noisy...and hectic. [08 Oct 2003 12:42:10]

Not that great That's what you get from a chain. The pizza we got was average. The service was a bit slow but it was busy. The atmosphere was decent but it was very noisy--more than what I would expect for a busy evening. It doesn't help that the kitchen is completely open so you can hear all the banging, scraping, yelling, and everything else that normally goes on behind closed doors. It's interesting but I don't think it's an added benefit while I'm eating and attempting to have a conversation. But overall it was okay. I don't think I would go out of my way to go back...
