Wonderful Wonderful pasta, great sandwiches, dessert to die for, even the coffee is great. I recommend that you make reservations, since it can get rather busy on the weekends. However, when I’ve been in the area and didn’t call ahead, I’ve dropped by, placed my order, did some shopping and came back to pick up my take out. The ambiance is a bit lacking, it is a small place, and can get really loud, plus the tables are a little too close together for my tastes. However, the food more than makes up for a little discomfort. [06 Feb 2006 10:54:32]

Very Unpleasant The food was decent nothing out of the ordinary as far as Italian restaurants are concerned. I brought my fellow co-workers and we were upset that we couldn't order any alcohol since it is B.Y.O.B. Then when it came time to go to the restroom we were astonished that we had to use an employee restroom and walk through the kitchen. Since there are no customer restrooms. It was very cramped and hard to hear my co-workers talk since the tables were almost on top of each other. I would go back to get something to go for lunch, but not to dine. [31 Mar 2006 16:35:20]

Can't wait for the Guilford location! Great place where you can get good food done in an imaginative way without having to spend $100.00+. Looking forward to the Guilford location but it won't be the same. We loved a quick dinner and walk across the street to see a movie. [04 Jun 2006 11:53:56]

The Guilford Bistro I just have to say that today walking in to the new location was amazing! The colors were warm and inviting, and made me just want to stay around. I orderd a coffee and took a look around. From what I heard they will be opend for a coffee and muffin like setting at 9:30 which is great for my schedule. The workers are dolls and the cook, of whom I have known for years is a one of a kind guy as well. I highly recomend for you to come by. [05 Jul 2006 07:35:10]

Meraviglioso!!!! A visit to Guilford Bistro is like taking a trip to Italy. There is a very warm feeling and the food is exceptional and very reasonably priced. I urge everyone to experience a taste of Italy [23 Aug 2006 13:31:00]

Guilford Bistro The food was very basic, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was a bit rude, but I would expect that in a small restaurant. Overall an average experience, not worth a second chance. [13 Oct 2006 13:23:40]
