Well, I've gone here a number of times, though I think those times are coming to an end.

I used to order the eggs benedict, and according to the menu it was 6.25 or so and then when I would receive the bill it would be marked up 25-50 cents more! Not a nickel or a dime, but a quarter! Now, I'm not that much of a penny pincher, but a quarter is a quarter. Bringing this to the attention of the cashier they would take care of it and say "Oh, it's just a computer glitch" or something similar.

This happened about 3 - 4 times or so until they actually just updated the menu.

There also seems to be a problem cleaning milkshake glasses there as well. Ordered a vanilla milkshake and discovered that there was brown stuff caked onto the inside of the glass half way down - now to give them the benefit of the doubt it could have been bits left over from a chocolate milk shake that was mixed before hand, but I doubt it.

They're staff and management is pretty good, though.

I've never had too much of a problem otherwise, food's pretty tasty - I only go there for breakfast foods or disco fries.
