Nice dinner Vinnie's just opened, and I had to try it.. I had a very good Stuffed Flounder. The soda's were very large, and I was too full for desert. A bit pricey, but would go back once or twice a year. Hopefully, Vinnie will expand the menu a litte. Vinnie is an ex NBA star, and is usually in attendence. [05 Jan 2006 22:33:24]

Vinnie's Saybrook Fish House I really enjoyed this new place. I stopped by for lunch first....the lobster roll was amazing. and then tried it for dinner with friends. They had a huge selection so we tried a bunch of appetizers. The raw bar was exquisite! You have to try it.I had the Asian salmon and my husband had the sirloin with apples and cranberry. Just watch out because the portions are soo big they don't leave room for dessert! [27 Feb 2006 13:54:41]

Nice change in Saybrook Ate there over the weekend. Really nice place. Friendly wait staff and good food. I had the fried 'dream' platter and it was huge. Great selection of tap beers too and I loved the fish tank. [13 Mar 2006 09:05:59]

Sweeet! We have been to Vinnie's twice now and plan to return. It's not cheap but it's first class dinning. Last time we ate upstairs with a party of 12 on a busy nite. All were was pleased even the kids. Chef David stopped up for a quick visit to make sure we were all satisfied. Nice touch, nice guy. wait staff excellent. We will save up and return another day.
