Quaint Cafe in middle of Downtown Wallingford I frequent this restaurant. There isn't many cafe style restaurants that offer everything from full dinners to pizza. The eclectic style of Half Moon keeps me coming back. Stop in for a cappucino to go, or stay for dinner. Their menu is affordable and they are BYOB. Weekends are packed, so arrive early or call ahead for a reservation for 6 or more. It's unique combination of counter service and waitress service confuses the first timer. You place your order at the counter, find a seat, place your reciept on the table and then a waitress will bring you your order. [16 Jan 2007 15:38:11]

Best kept secret in Southern CT-oops I have been eating here for several years and must say the entire experience is excellent. The cuisine is fabulous, the service outstanding and the ambience is second to none in the cafe world. Try one of the delicious sweets to top off your meal. They offer everything from gelato to cannoli cake! [01 Apr 2008 17:32:23]

they forgot us The food was pretty good. Once we got it. They apparently forgot our table number or no one remembered taking our ticket or they gave our food to the wrong table depending on which server you listen to. In the end it was 25 mins of waiting and watching three other tables arrive after us and get there food before us. The idea is nice but the service was lacking. [26 Jul 2008 20:14:22]
