The Worst Ever The food was good - not necessarily up to the level of the prices - but any "pluses" were far outweighed by the unbelievably poor service, overcharging, and rude management. We have dined all over the country and most of the world and this was at least one of the top ten dining disasters in our experience. [26 Sep 2005 14:45:36]

Best Brunch Each table has stunning views over looking the Long Island Sound.
This is the best brunch on the Connecticut Shore Line. They have a huge selection that is kept very fresh and changes from week to week. Brunch service has always been excellent. It is well worth the price. [22 Dec 2005 15:23:55]

Service Stellar We had both breakfast and dinner here today and all I can say is that though the dinner prices are a bit over the top service and ambiance are above reproach. We never wanted for anything be it fresh coffee at breadfast or a second basket of really excellent bread at dinner. Especailly if you are staying here it is an excellent dining choice. The butternut squash soup was artically presented in an acorn squash shell with duck confit on top, my only conplaint would be that there wasn't a bigger serving offered, it was delicious. The sirloin was also beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. I have only praise for the creme brulee which was as tastely as it was good looking. [12 Feb 2006 22:14:34]

Stay Away you've been warned! The food was overpriced and very poorly prepared. Everything semed like it was frozen and thawed prior to being served. The famous clam chowder was a big disappointment. Dirty glasses & silverware stopped us from returning to the dining room after the first two days. We gave them 6 meals to turn us around....all they did was turn us off. [23 Jul 2008 00:02:14]
