We had a small going away party for a coworker at this establishment on 8/14/07. The meals were brought out one at a time with several meals having been totally omitted (so they were much later than the others because they were never cooked). I ordered the gumbo and, when it finally arrived (after reminding the waiter that I had also ordered a meal) I can only describe it as horrible. The meat was so over cooked that it melted in my mouth making it impossible to tell one meat from another. The buggish seafood placed on the top was still frozen. I made the waiter aware but I was offered no apology by the staff nor was my barely eaten meal noted (even after I brought it to the waiters attention). At the least I had expected management to apologize for the horrible meal, maybe offer me something less ruinous as a replacement. I received nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say we left the restaurant ASAP and did not stay to drink and enjoy the band (which wasn't N'awlins style as promised) because we had been treated so shabbily.    []
